Catching Happiness

If you’ve been reading my recent posts, you’ll know that June is a bit of a hectic month for me, but in a good way: I’m currently travelling across five countries with a friend, which you can keep up with over on Instagram.

Because of how busy June is, I thought I’d take this opportunity to share some short poems on my blog. The first of which is about the elusive nature of happiness…

yes

i do want

to be happy

it’s just hard

to catch helium

between fingertips

and

keep

it

there.

Uhh, I love this poem! I can truly identify with these words, I mean most people can – which is also what makes it so beautiful. Very well written ❤ Also, I find it so inspiring that you're traveling the world right now. To me it's one of those anxiety things, that I wish that I could do, but I'm just too scared and anxious about it right now…. However, I'm working on it xx Have a wonderful travel, you wonderful girl!!
